Happy Monday! We hope you had a delightful weekend!

Here is what we did today!

Reading: In Mrs. D's class we were introduced to our new reading project. It is called "It's Your Choice!" Each student is picking a book to read, and getting it approved. Ask your child to see the packet of information that they received today detailing what is expected of them during this project. The due date for completion of the book and projects is May 23. Thanks for your help!
In Mr. H's class read chapters 17 & 18 in George Washington's Socks.

Here are the words: apt., no., qt., in., gal., oz., yd., lb., sq., Gen., ave., wt., yr., co., doz., pkg., amt., pt., hr., ft. This should be an easy spelling week! The spelling book pages 212-213-214-215 are due on Thursday and we will have a pretest on Tuesday!

Science/Health - We began looking at vocabulary for lesson 3 for Chapter 6. We will continue discussing this lesson on Tuesday.
